Our tried and tested carrot, walnut, and pecan cake recipe has been made in Sally Clarke kitchens for many years. Now made by Notting Hill Bakery. The 8-portion cake is topped with delicious cream cheese icing and rough chopped honeyed pecans.
NOTE: Image to be updated. Cake shape has change from round to a large tin/loaf shape. Same weight (1kg) and still slices neatly into 8 large portions.
